Hi I'm Eric Jan Bakker and together with the Asia Pacific team, I am responsible for building the Marlink business in the region.
The Singapore office is one of 3 offices from which we are currently operating in the Asia Pacific region. In Singapore, we have 3 dedicated functions operating to deliver our services under the Marlink brand: Sales, Project Management and Delivery.
Since our acquisition by Astrium Services, Singapore is one of the first offices globally to have moved into an integrated office, bringing together all Astrium activities in Singapore, as well as the commercial activities of Airbus and Casidian. Astrium Services also runs part of the Global Customer Care activities from this same office. |
The majority of our customers are based in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia. As Head of Sales for the region I am working with the Tokyo and Mumbai office, as well as the indirect sales teams of Astrium in the region to achieve a coordinated and efficient market approach that will result in new customers, retention of existing customers and creating more value for our customers and stakeholders alike.
