End-user Information
Purchase the cards from a Marlink Customer Center or via
www.marlinkonline.com. Choose between the Physical Prepaid Calling Card (300 units) or Virtual Prepaid Calling Cards (300 or 500 units). The value of these units in minutes varies in accordance with Inmarsat airtime standard and the time of day you are calling.
Each cardholder is responsible for cards purchased. Cards that are lost, stolen or expired are not refundable. Once a card has expired or a card's units have been used up, the card can be discarded. Purchase additional cards to continue using the service at a later time.
While a call is being connected you will be told the amount of talking time (in minutes) remaining on the card. You will hear a warning when only one minute worth of units remains.
How to use Marlink Prepaid Cards
- Scratch off the protective coating on the back of the card to reveal a 10-digit code (shown in the white field)
- Enter access code (set terminal to Vizada using LES access code 004 or 001).
- Enter Short Code as advised in the table below*

- The telephone number of the party you wish to call
Calling from Land
Marlink's Prepaid Calling Cards can be used to place calls from a fixed location to an Inmarsat terminal. The cards can also be used with Iridium and other Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite services and for placing Fixed-to-Fixed calls. To place a call:

- Follow the instructions on the prepaid card to complete the call.
