No need for expensive coin boxes or pay phones on board — any standard analog telephone will do. Prepaid Talk works on all Marlink VSAT systems.
Recharge or Precharged
Prepaid Talk cards are available as both rechargeable personal and disposable (precharged) cards.
Recharge
Rechargeable cards, available to Sealink customers only, are sold “empty”. To charge them, contact sealink.admin@marlink.com or log onto The Source (https://thesource.vizada.com/thesource/portal/login.html).
Precharged
Come with 10, 20, 50 or 100 units worth of calling time. Units per minute vary in accordance with the destination called. Dispose after use.
Available as physical scratch cards and virtual electronic cards.
User minutes are automatically deducted from each Prepaid Talk card. Calls are automatically disconnected once all units on the card have been used. When initiating a call, you will be informed of how many minutes you have left on your card. You will also be notified when your card is nearly used up.
